This landmark waterfront project reimagines Al-Khobar’s shoreline with a dynamic blend of recreation, commerce, and culture. Anchored by a ship port, sports complex, retail mall, restaurants, and a traditional Gulf village, the design embraces the coastal context through contemporary forms and native materials. Sustainability plays a key role, with energy-efficient solutions, drought-tolerant landscaping, and passive cooling strategies integrated throughout. A central highlight is the traditional village – an architectural homage to Gulf heritage – crafted with sea rock and mud to evoke authenticity and community values within a modern urban setting.
